At Royal Auto Lights, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction by providing a clear and fair refund and return process.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Within 30 days of purchase: Returns are accepted with no restocking fee
- Between 30 to 45 days: Returns are accepted with a 15% restocking fee
- After 45 days: Returns are not accepted
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In original condition
- Unused and uninstalled
- Returned with original packaging
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refund Process
Refunds are only processed after the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
- Refunds are typically processed within 24–48 hours after receiving the returned item
- A refund receipt will be provided once the refund is issued
Refund Methods
Refunds are issued based on the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunded to the original card used
- Check Payments: Refunded via paper check sent by mail
Warranty
We offer a 1-year warranty on our products.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Condensation inside the lamp
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Improper installation
- Misuse or accidents
- Normal wear and tear

Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise specified. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Items returned after 45 days
- Products that have been used, installed, or damaged by the customer
- Items returned without original packaging
